One project that stands out involved using our new materials during a story-building activity. Students used hands-on tools and creative supplies to illustrate and share their own short stories. It sparked incredible conversations and helped even our most reluctant learners open up and express themselves.\r\n\r\nNow that we have these foundational resources, our next steps include launching into a unit on collaborative learning—building social-emotional skills while exploring topics like kindness, problem-solving, and teamwork. The safe and engaging environment these materials help create makes a big difference in how confidently our students participate.\r\n\r\nYour generosity gave my students more than just supplies—you gave them the space to grow, explore, and feel proud of their learning.
