My students are able to have quick access to the materials that they need to learn throughout the day. They have a place for computer supplies, whiteboards, dry erase markers, and books. Every minute counts and this allows more time for learning. However, the students are most excited about having a place for their own supplies from home (special pencils & erasers, headphones and their computer mouse). This gives each student a little spot of their own for personal items.\r\n\r\nWhen the students saw the seat pockets arrive they were thrilled! They made new name tags and got their supplies settled into the pockets right away. Each student organized their boards, books and supplies into their large pockets. Then they tucked away writing tools into the small zipper pocket. The room was buzzing with happiness and full of huge smiles.\r\n\r\nSince the seat pockets arrived, the students have had a place to safely store whiteboards and magnetboards. I can already see that our class book sets are going to have less wear and tear due to the protection provided from the pockets. This will help materials last for years to come.
