The materials have also been used during individual counseling, small groups, and lunch groups, where students can build skills in a comfortable and welcoming environment.\r\n\r\nOne of the most meaningful parts of this project has been watching students learn that there isn't just one \"right\" way to regulate or cope. They can try different tools and strategies, notice what works for them, and begin choosing those strategies independently.
