With the proper safety gloves, she was able to work more independently, and I could move around the room to assist other students with their projects without constantly worrying that she might get burned.\r\n\r\nAnother group of students is planning to use a heat gun on their project after they finish painting. Having the right protective equipment gives students the freedom to safely explore more challenging, creative ideas, projects I would not have felt comfortable allowing without the safety equipment they need.\r\n\r\nYour gift is helping create a safer, more independent learning environment where students can take creative risks, build with confidence, and bring their ideas to life. We have been using the ChompSaw for STEM building projects, and our Stagecraft students have also been using it to build set designs for our upcoming production of Willy Wonka Jr.\r\n\r\nThis tool has made such a meaningful impact on our makerspace and project-based learning. It is such a relief to know that students can safely work on cutting materials for their building and design projects without the worry of any injury.
