Because of your donation, we were able to purchase digital cameras and memory cards—resources that have completely transformed our afterschool program and energized our students.\r\n\r\nOur 3rd–5th-grade yearbook club members are now actively using this technology to capture life at our school from their own unique perspectives. With your help, they've gone beyond simply taking photos—they're learning how to tell stories through images, compose interesting shots, and think like designers. The cameras have become a gateway to creativity, confidence, and collaboration.\r\n\r\nOne of the most exciting things for our students has been the chance to use \"real\" equipment—tools that make them feel like true photographers. Their eyes light up when they review the photos they've taken, especially when they see their work printed and displayed for classmates and teachers to admire. It's given them a new sense of pride in their school and in themselves.\r\n\r\nA few students, in particular, have really blossomed. One 4th grader who was previously shy and hesitant to participate has now taken the lead in organizing photo shoots and helping others learn camera settings. Another student, who sometimes struggles in the classroom, has found a real talent for visual storytelling and has taken on the role of \"photo editor\" with enthusiasm and focus. For these students, the yearbook club is more than just an activity—it's a space where they can shine.\r\n\r\nYour support has created meaningful opportunities for our students to learn, grow, and connect. You've helped us build a yearbook that reflects not only our school but the spirit and creativity of the students behind the lens.\r\n\r\nThank you for making this possible.","fullyFundedDate":1677185510984,"projectUrl":"project/smile-capturing-school-memories/7180803/","projectTitle":"Smile!
