These chairs have allowed students who struggle with sitting still to remain engaged without being disruptive, creating a more productive and inclusive classroom environment for everyone.\r\n\r\nThe performance prizes have also been a powerful motivator for our students. They now have a tangible way to see the results of their hard work, responsibility, and positive behavior. Knowing that their efforts are recognized has encouraged them to take more initiative during independent work and to consistently make good choices throughout the day. This system has not only increased motivation, but has also fostered a sense of pride and community within our classroom.
