We have used the drum many times since receiving it. One of our favorite lessons is a song called \"Ten Little Froggies\" where we add a frog each time we sing a verse and the kids LOVE making the froggies jump as we count each number! We love exploring all of the different ways we can use the drum in our classroom. We've even flipped the drum upside down and used the inside as a garden where students go carrot picking with a fun spring song. \r\n\r\nThe first time my students saw the drum they were so excited to try it out and loved the idea that more than one student could play the drum at the same time! They love working in groups so playing the same instrument together has been so much fun for them and allowed them to feel more comfortable improvising sounds on the drum.\r\n\r\nWe are continuing to explore our drum and all of the fun sounds it can make. The joy it brings to the students is such a gift all thanks to your generous donation.
