They will select artwork to display, think about how their pieces should be presented, and help transform the space into an inviting gallery for visitors. The gardening books are also giving students opportunities to research plants and connect what they read to what they are actually seeing and doing in our garden.\r\n\r\nOur next steps are to get our new greenhouse growing and continue expanding our garden beds. Students will be responsible for planting, watering, observing, and documenting plant growth while learning about food production, healthy choices, responsibility, teamwork, and where our food comes from. Play-Doh gives us another hands-on way to learn and create, and teacher stamps make small moments of encouragement and recognition even more special.
