Thank you for your help in insuring that students get basic supplies without taxing the families. \r\nThe lights help the students focus and make class a fun experience. The binders and folders enable the teachers to keep the students organized and on track. Of course the pencils and pens get the students writing everyday. \r\nThe new glue guns and glue sticks were especially a big hit as the students were using old damaged ones and the new ones work so well. They take great pleasure in being able to listen to music while in class the headphones have stopped much of the arguments about what they should listen to, additionally our testing schedule was much easier to accomplish with all the headphones making it so that we could test larger groups and complete testing much sooner. The mechanical pencils have caused students to rush to start work so they can get one of the fun mechanical pencils rather than the boring ones and many of the students have stopped using pens which makes their work smoother and helps them do better in class. The highlighters have saved time as the students are able to mark the important information while reading and refer back to it later when answering questions, it also keeps them engaged during long reading assignments.
