Your generosity has made an immediate and meaningful difference for my students.\r\n\r\nMany students at our school face daily living and learning challenges, yet they show incredible resilience and determination. Our district's reading and math assessments and interventions rely heavily on technology, which makes headphones an essential learning tool. Students also use headphones to listen to audiobooks, helping them hear fluent reading models and build their own reading skills. Headphones are truly as important to our classroom as pencils and crayons.\r\n\r\nWhile some families are able to provide headphones for their children, many are not. This fall, I worked hard to repair broken sets and borrow extras from other schools, but it was heartbreaking to see students who already carry so many burdens struggle without this basic resource.\r\n\r\nThanks to you, every student now has access to functioning headphones—and they arrived just two days before our next testing window! I was thrilled to share the news with our principal and testing coordinator. Our testing ran smoothly, and now, on a daily basis, students are fully engaged in their reading and math interventions. Seeing them confidently working with their devices and headphones has been incredibly rewarding.\r\n\r\nYour support has helped level the playing field for our young learners.
