The students light up with excitement every time they are able to use the new technology. They enjoy being able to create, explore, design, and think outside the box while working together with their peers. Even students who are sometimes quiet or hesitant in class have become more involved and enthusiastic during technology-based activities.\r\nSeveral students have especially connected with this new technology. Some of my students who previously struggled with staying engaged during lessons are now among the first to participate and volunteer. I have seen students who are shy become leaders during group activities, helping classmates and sharing ideas confidently. Others have discovered talents and interests in areas such as problem-solving, coding, creativity, and design that they may never have realized without these opportunities.\r\nBecause of your kindness and support, our classroom has become an even more exciting place to learn. My students and I are using it daily as part of our classroom wellness and hydration initiative, \"Keeping Our Bodies & Minds Cool and Hydrated.\" The mini fridge helps us store cold water, healthy snacks, juice, and cooling towels for students, especially during warm days and after active classroom and 21st Century activities. One special moment that truly stood out was when a student shared how excited they were to finally have cold water available during afterschool enrichment. The smile on their face reminded me how even small comforts can make a huge difference in a child's school day.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the mini fridge and materials, they were beyond excited! Many of them immediately began talking about healthy choices, hydration, and ways to take better care of themselves throughout the school day. Several students said the classroom felt more welcoming, relaxing, and \"special.\" Their excitement created positive conversations about health, teamwork, responsibility, and gratitude. They were truly thankful and eager to help organize and care for the new classroom resource.\r\n\r\nBecause of your generosity, our classroom has become an even more engaging and supportive learning environment. Our next steps include expanding our wellness-focused classroom activities and incorporating nutrition, hydration, and STEM connections into future lessons. Students are currently participating in hands-on projects that focus on healthy living, teamwork, and creative problem-solving during our 21st Century activities. Instead of getting bored or distracted, players will stay focused and positive. The rhythm of the music can even help them stay in sync as they run plays or complete exercises together.
