Instead of getting bored or distracted, players will stay focused and positive. The rhythm of the music can even help them stay in sync as they run plays or complete exercises together. The juice contributes some fluids and electrolytes, which aid in rehydration, though water is still essential to fully replace fluids lost through sweat. The Pringles contain sodium, which can help restore electrolytes lost through sweating, but they also have added fats and should be eaten in moderation.
