Students are learning the value of effort, responsibility, and reward in a way that feels real and engaging. Charles Schwab Foundation support has allowed them to connect academic learning with real-life skills.\r\n\r\nOur next steps include expanding the bank system with new \"jobs\" like bank tellers and store managers.
