A lot of people don't realize that librarians need school supplies too. It's because of you, my students are able to do all of the assignments and activities that I give to them every day. We no longer have to worry about running out of supplies. I had one of my kindergarten classes when the boxes came in and they didn't know what was in the boxes. Once I told them what it was, they became somewhat interested. I have three projects on DonorsChoose right now. The first one is for some games for my students to play on fun Friday's. Every Friday, I like to give my students a break from working all week. The second one is for some puzzles for my Pre-K and Kindergarten students to work on and the third one is for some puzzles for my first-fourth grade students to work on. I always make sure I have something fun for each class to do. This new desk and chair have really been a great benefit for the library. My students really love having the opportunity to use the computer center every day. That's their favorite part of the library. I had a class when the desk and chair came in and when the packages came in, my students weren't quite sure what it was until I told them what they were and how they were going to be used and after I told them that, they got very excited about it. \r\n\r\nI currently have three projects posted on DonorsChoose right now. The first one is for puzzles for my Pre-K and Kindergarten classes so that they can have some fun activities to do on Fun Friday's. The second one is for some puzzles for my First-Fourth grade students for Fun Friday activities. The third one is for some fun games for all of my students to play on Fun Friday's. I like to give my students a break from doing work during the week and I know they really enjoy it.
