My special education students have already been utilizing the new gathering drum and classroom instruments. They love to play on instruments each class. The large drum has allowed them to play together while seeing the other kids and adult helpers. This drum has already increased their ability too play steady beats together. They also enjoyed getting to pick from the new classroom instruments to play when I have them choices.\r\nI have also really enjoyed the new microphone for myself. It has really increased my ability to teach without wearing out my voice. The students have been much more attentive as there is now a sort of surround sound in the classroom. They have no excuse to not hear what I said.\r\nI'm very excited to incorporate the new instruments in my next few fall lessons. We will be exploring different instruments through the use of a favorite music game called Pass the Pumpkin. When a student gets out, they move to play on the various instruments throughout the class. They provide the music for the song and its a really fun time.\r\nI'm getting ready to launch a music fundraiser involving paper music notes. The colored paper purchased with your help will allow me to have 100% profit from this fundraiser. We will be using our funds for anything music related including sending our 3rd graders on a field trip to see the Mobile Symphony perform. \r\nAgain thank uou for your support!","fullyFundedDate":1789952153763,"projectUrl":"project/supplemental-music-classroom-needs/10607104/","projectTitle":"Supplemental Music Classroom Needs","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. S.
