Using them at my small group teacher table adds an extra element that makes the work more exciting and engaging. Some of my students who need extra movement time at their desks have also benefited. And they also make great incentives for getting work done and being on their best behavior, since being able to sit in a wobble stool is also a reward for many of them.\r\nMy students were absolutely thrilled when the stools came in. I quietly set them out around my teacher table the night before, and when the students came into the classroom the next day they had a chance to see the surprise and interact with the stools to understand how they worked and if they liked them or not. They were an absolute hit!\r\nFrom here, I plan to add more flexible seating opportunities to my room with things like cushions, rugs, and other interactive chairs and tools. Just these stools have already made such a difference in the classroom. Thank you all for helping make this goal a reality.","fullyFundedDate":1746785806059,"projectUrl":"project/flexible-seating-opportunity/9109660/","projectTitle":"Flexible Seating Opportunity","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Duhaime","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-2_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9907522"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_46749","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":564,"numTeachers":39,"percentFrplEligible":83,"percentAsian":1,"percentBlack":25,"percentWhite":20,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":47,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Pre-K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"14.5:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"SUBURBAN","ncesMetroType":"SUBURB_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":49.5,"schoolId":46749,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Zellwood Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Zellwood Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/florida/orange-county-public-schools/zellwood-elementary-school/46749"}
