Two teams of teachers in inner city high schools of Baltimore City were able to come together to engage in and map out professional learning practices and goals to elevate writing outcomes for all students. \r\n\r\nWe participated in a professional development series and utilized a variety of strategies from the material and resources that you helped to obtain. We noticed a huge difference in the distribution of writing strategies for our students.\r\n\r\nOur next goal is to analyze both formal data and feedback from our students. We plan to adjust our practices as necessary.
