The students were so excited to receive them, since many of them have behavioral needs, the use of noise cancelling headphones in high traffic areas like the cafeteria make such a huge difference.\r\n The headphones allowed the students to self-regulate and be successful in areas where they typically struggled. This in turn gave them confidence and the feeling of success, which many of them have not had the privilege of experiencing before.
