Our students are getting time to learn through play thanks to your generosity. \r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw our new recess equipment and stem bins they were so excited. They could not wait to use everything. We talked about the generous people who purchased these items and how to use the items with respect so they do not get ruined. \r\n\r\nMost mornings students get 10 minutes to play with stem bins as a soft start to our day. Many kids will say this is their favorite part of the day. I love to see the students enjoy coming to school and learn to play nice with their classmates. They don't think they are learning during this time but they are. They are being creative, learning to share, and play with others. They are learning how to build things and be creative.
