When the box arrived all students sat in a circle as I unboxed your generous donation. When I pulled out each item their screams of excitement filled the air. All of the students began asking if they could be the first ones to sit on them. \r\nI made a chart with their names and assign students to a cushion for the entire week. The students either sit on the cushions or hug them. I receive so many compliments on the variety of seating that is in the classroom. A few of the creative pieces that students have completed, include oil pastel pumpkins, where they practiced blending colors. Another piece of art that the students made was their interpretation of Vincent Gogh's \"Starry Night\" ! \r\nOne of the best times was when students were given the opportunity to free paint whatever they wanted to. This I believe was their favorite project, as they were only limited by their imagination.
