Watching their eyes light up as they realize they have the power to unlock a story on their own is the best reward a teacher could ask for. One of the tools was an emotional ball placed in or at our peaceful table. It has given many students opportunities to calm themselves and then return to our Montessori learning environment. It has been a tool that I as a learn teacher to see several students returned mentally calm and able to learn new and refreshed. Another tool given to us was a \"Social-Emotional Learning for Autistic Kids.
