The carpet tiles provide gentle sensory input that can help students who may become overwhelmed by their environment, experience sensory sensitivities, or need movement and tactile experiences to self-regulate. Students can use the space as a place to pause, reset, and regain a sense of calm before returning to classroom activities.\r\n\r\nThis simple addition has had a meaningful impact on our students by giving them another tool to communicate and meet their sensory needs in a positive and supportive way.
