My class enjoyed coming in and using these STEM Bin supplies every morning. They loved them so much that they begged to use them as class rewards. It was difficult for them to clean up every day because they had so much fun playing and using all of the supplies. \r\n\r\nThese bins also helped students be creative. I had several students combine materials to create bridges for farmers and animals. They tried to see how tall they could stack straws and measured how high it could go. They used their creativity to create pictures with stickers and stamps. They enjoyed sharing those with me. My kiddos have loved all the new things for our classroom. From the STEM things to the sensory fillers to the art trays everything has made an impact in our classroom. \r\n Pfluffle is the favorite right now. It is in the science center for a sensory bin and they love watching it \"move\" and \"grow\". The art trays have allowed all my students to sit on the floor and do many different activities from crafts, to learning with manipulatives to drawing. The imagination I have seen with the Brain Flakes and Tube Builders is fascinating and to watch them get excited to build with a variety of different items is awesome! \r\n The Numberblocks have not yet been introduced. Our unit on numbers and number sense is coming soon and I cannot wait to introduce those items.
