Their faces lit up with excitement when they realized they would be able to create and explore slime themselves. Using the glue, foam cream, and activator, students worked together to mix ingredients and observe how a liquid can transform into a stretchy, gooey material. This activity helped them understand basic science concepts such as chemical reactions, polymers, and the properties of different materials.\r\n\r\nOne of the most memorable moments happened when students compared different slime mixtures and discovered that small changes in ingredients could change the texture and stretchiness. They were amazed to see how science can turn simple materials into something completely new. Many students proudly stretched their slime and shared their discoveries with their classmates.\r\n\r\nThanks to your support, my students were able to learn through exploration, teamwork, and creativity. These hands-on experiences help build curiosity and confidence in science. The slime activity also opened the door to new discussions about states of matter, mixtures, and how scientists test and observe materials.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, students will continue building on what they learned by exploring other fun science investigations about materials and chemical reactions. They are excited to keep experimenting, asking questions, and thinking like young scientists.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has made a meaningful impact in our classroom. Your generosity has already made a big difference for my students. The moment the stand arrived, my students realized that science is something they can touch, draw, speak, and share together—no matter what language they are learning.\r\n\r\nIn our recent lesson on changing landforms and erosion, the whiteboard stand became a powerful tool. Students gathered around it, drawing how water can erode sand and chalk in our investigation models. One student drew a sand dune while another drew a cliff. A third student labeled the drawing in English and Vietnamese, and a fourth added a sentence in Spanish. The stand allowed every child to stand tall, choose a marker, and show their thinking to others like a real scientist.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the stand, their reaction was priceless—\r\n\"Wow! We can all see it!\"\r\n\"Can I draw the mountain?\"\r\n\"It's like science TV!\"\r\nThey took turns demonstrating their ideas, and students who are usually quiet were suddenly pointing, drawing, and explaining with confidence.\r\n\r\nThe stand is helping my multilingual students participate in science in ways I've never seen before. It gives them space to use drawings, labels, gestures, and language side by side, which supports English learners while celebrating their home languages. It has created a shared space where ideas come to life, one marker line at a time.\r\n\r\nOur next steps are exciting. We are starting a new unit where students will model wind and water erosion using sand and chalk. The whiteboard stand will be the center of our learning again—students will draw predictions, record observations, and reflect on what they discover. As they learn new academic vocabulary, they will add bilingual labels to the board, helping each other understand science through language and visuals.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in my students. Your support shows them that their voices matter, their ideas are important, and their languages are a strength. Thanks to you, our young artists now have a safe, organized place to store their beautiful creations.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the new art rack, they were SO excited. Many said, \"Wow!
