One of the most wonderful qualities of kindergartners is that they love to move. They love to run, jump, climb, and wiggle! Not only do they love to move, but movement is critical for their intellectual and developmental growth. By donating to this project, you will support students' sensory and developmental needs, which are integral to their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. When students are able to wiggle around on wobble stools while participating in a reading group, they are able to be more engaged and successful. When they have blocks to build with during choice time, they are able to develop their fine and gross motor skills, while creating imaginary worlds.

About my class
