Your donation made a meaningful difference for both students and families.\r\n\r\nWe live in a very rural area, where winter weather can quickly lead to unexpected school closures or extended eLearning days due to snow. For many of our families, especially those with limited incomes, providing extra snacks and activities during these sudden breaks can be challenging—particularly during the already high costs of the holiday season.\r\n\r\nParents shared how grateful they were that their children had familiar snacks they enjoy and comfort items to look forward to during the break. The snacks helped support students during long days at home, while the squishy toys provided a positive sensory outlet that helped students stay calm, focused, and regulated. These items were especially helpful during eLearning days, giving students something comforting and motivating while completing schoolwork at home.\r\n\r\nMost importantly, your generosity helped ease stress for families and brought joy and comfort to students during a time that can be difficult and unpredictable. We played a game of the floor is lava with the letters and numbers spots and it was a total hit!\r\n\r\nWhen I showed each of my classes the layout of all of the new equipment they clapped and cheered. Students in each class said \"We should clap for the donors who gave this stuff to our school!\" They could barely contain themselves. It was wonderful to experience. \r\n\r\nI will be using the numbers and letters with my Kindergarten students to help solidify their sounds and recognition skills. The new seating options, including the stacking stools and wiggle feet, have made an immediate and noticeable impact. These sensory tools help keep their hands and feet busy in a calm, productive way, allowing them to actively participate in lessons without distraction. Your donation has created an environment where students feel comfortable, regulated, and ready to learn.\r\nThe instructional materials have also been a huge hit. The felt story board set has quickly become a favorite during writing class—students love creating their own scenes and using them as prompts for individualized stories. This has not only increased motivation to write but also given them something visual and meaningful to guide their ideas. The Artograph projector has been incredibly helpful for their quarterly projects, supporting everything from volcano models to chimpanzee research illustrations. It has sparked creativity, independence, and pride in their work.\r\nThese items have truly transformed our classroom environment.
