I am a school counselor and these items are for the students when they are upset, anxious, and need a few minutes to get themselves back together.\r\n\r\nWe just began the school year so not many students have come by but I did have a few of the students who were in the counseling office a lot last year come by as well as some of the new students to the school. THEY LOVE THE NEW ADDITIONS! They love to use the fidget toys as it makes it easier for them to talk when their hands are occupied. The late addition of the kitten that lights up to teach them how to breathe is going to be a student favorite!!\r\n\r\nI have noticed a trend with students struggling with emotional regulation especially anxiety. Being able to use the tools will help me teach them how to control their emotions and express themselves appropriately.
