Thanks to your donation, we were able to install a stackable washer and dryer in our school, and the impact has already been significant. Students who previously struggled with access to clean clothing now have a safe, reliable space to do their laundry, removing a significant barrier to their attendance and confidence. Knowing students have an option that they could not previously access and they could come to school without worrying about their clothes has been truly inspiring.\r\n\r\nSince installing the washer and dryer, we have incorporated laundry skills into our life skills curriculum, teaching students how to operate the machines, care for their clothing, and manage responsibilities that will serve them beyond high school. We have even done some laundry in connection with our culinary program showing students the importance and cross over of these skills. \r\n\r\nYour generosity has not only helped meet a basic need but has also fostered a culture of dignity and inclusion within our school. We are excited to continue using this resource to support our students and ensure they are equipped with essential life skills for their future.
