One of my favorite moments was watching a group of students play a strategy game together. They were practicing turn-taking, problem-solving, and communication without even realizing how much they were learning.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the board games, their reaction was unforgettable. They cheered, clapped, and immediately started pointing out games they wanted to try. A few students even asked, \"Are we really allowed to play these at school?\" It was heartwarming to see how special it felt for them to have games that weren't worn out or missing pieces, but brand new just for our class.\r\n\r\nYour support gave you a small peek into our classroom, and we'd love to share what's next. We're beginning a new routine where students rotate through different board-game stations each week. They will be building teamwork skills, strengthening academic concepts, and learning how to navigate challenges together. These games have already created a stronger sense of community, and I can't wait to see how much more they'll grow.\r\n\r\nThank you for making our classroom a place where learning feels exciting, inclusive, and fun.\r\n\r\nIs this conversation helpful so far?","fullyFundedDate":1762265397713,"projectUrl":"project/building-brighter-minds-through-games/9745697/","projectTitle":"Building Brighter Minds Through Games","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Domingo","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10201685_orig.jpg?crop=815,815,x0,y65&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1755716149053","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10201685"},{"teacherId":10201685,"projectId":9632780,"letterContent":"Thanks to your generosity through DonorsChoose, our classroom is now filled with new graph books, math posters, and engaging math games.
