Although there was usage of some items, which is evident in the photos that I have shared, I am looking forward to the engagement and learning that all the materials will provide for my students in the upcoming school year. \r\n\r\nThank you again for believing in the importance of educational opportunities and making it possible for me to enhance the learning of my students.","fullyFundedDate":1738978483777,"projectUrl":"project/stop-look-steam/8975408/","projectTitle":"Stop! Thank you so much for making this project possible for my fantastic 5th grade students. \r\n\r\nWe received our project materials towards the middle of April. The plan is to crack the books open, explore, and introduce the great author of these books, Andrea Beaty, to my students after Easter Break. This ties in with their research paper, Future Plans, of what they want to be when \"they grow up\". Their research paper consists of researching what career they might have in the future, what school and where, what classes they need to take, and what ways they have to finance their investment in their future.","fullyFundedDate":1744032875077,"projectUrl":"project/celebrate-curiosity-perseverance-and-c/9116497/","projectTitle":"Celebrate Curiosity, Perseverance, and Creativity","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Garbanzos","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-6_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/2880931"},{"teacherId":2880931,"projectId":8979924,"letterContent":"Thank you very much for your donation. They also are so grateful that they take ownership and put great effort to keep their supplies in good condition. I am so proud that they are taking responsibility to keep their supplies and help others maintain them.\r\n\r\nMy intention for these supplies were to encourage my students to take ownership and take responsibilities for their classroom and supplies. Not only has it provided boundless learning experiences for my students, but it has become a sanctuary where they are free to explore, wonder and create. Each of our funded Donor's Choose projects has expanded opportunities for them to become the makers and innovators that I believe they can.\r\n\r\nThis particular project was no exception as the materials received help further these opportunities. The addition of the Dash robot gripper attachment and Spero mini robots has broadened my students' coding experiences and encouraged them to develop their own innovative coding projects. The burlap squares have provided a perfect canvas for students to create \"stitchings\" with yarn - a new and relaxing experience for many of them. \r\n\r\nThese wonderful learning experiences would not be possible without the generosity of donors through Donor's Choose.
