It is a great healthy pick-me up for the students as a mid-morning or afternoon snack. Students were also able to prepare bag of mix for a few field trips. One involved hiking in the forest, so the treats came in handy when their energy was depleted. \r\n The students have also brought in different items to help change up the flavor profiles, like cranberries, dried mangoes and banana chips. Each of these items follow the requirements of being a whole food with little processing, and no added sugars.
