Students are more willing to attempt challenging questions when they know mistakes can be easily erased, creating a low-stakes environment that encourages participation. Clean, ready-to-use whiteboards make it easier for students to show their thinking, revise their work, and engage in productive discussion with peers.\r\nThe wireless microphone system has been especially powerful for improving instruction, this technology is used to support my reflective teaching practice. By recording clear audio during lessons, I am able to review my instruction as part of my teaching credential program, focusing on clarity, pacing, and student understanding. This reflection directly benefits students by helping me refine explanations, anticipate misconceptions, and respond more effectively to their needs.\r\nMany of my students have warmed to the increased use of whiteboards and structured discussion, feeling more confident sharing their thinking. They were exposed to team building, life skills, and hands-on experiences both in the garden, in the classroom, and in the kitchen. \r\n\r\nOur students have used a few of the ingredients already for a Composed Cucumber Salad recipe this school year. In the past two weeks all of our students went back into the garden to organize and plant new seeds.
