We are always learning to listen to our hearts and treat others with kindness and respect. The books have given students a concrete example of what these key skills look like in a child's world.\r\n\r\nThe yoga blocks have added to our toolbox of props that help all students access the yoga postures and understand how our bodies all have different needs on different days.
