My students were so excited to open the boxes when they arrived. They have loved having so many new choices available to them during math and reading centers. \r\n\r\nThey have especially enjoyed hearing stories read to them at the listening center. They have been doing so well with rhyming words after listening to the book \"Sheep in a Jeep\" last week. And it is so nice to have a cd player that works consistently!\r\n\r\nAll of my students have been able to try out various activities with the letter magnatiles and letter beanbags. It is so important to allow young children to learn through play, and that is exactly what these tools have done for us. \r\n\r\nWe also received a lot of stickers and slap bracelets, which I have been using as rewards when students complete extra reading practice at home. They have been so motivated to read to their family members thanks to these rewards. \r\n\r\nDuring math centers my students have been so excited to explore number relationships with the math stackers. This tool has really helped my visual learners to understand the concept of greater than and less than. \r\n\r\nWe are all so thankful for your generosity.
