The Legos were placed in our school wide Lego room. The students enjoy playing with the Legos and one of the major challenges we asked of them was to build a tower as tall as possible without it falling over when a fan at medium speed was placed in front of the Lego tower. Another project we did with the Lego sets was to build a structure that would hold as many blocks as possible without breaking the Lego structure. \r\nThe students were so excited when they opened the boxes of Legos. We had already let them know we had asked for Lego sets for the Lego room, but they were super excited to find out that our project was sponsored! \r\nThe next steps for our new Lego sets is to leave them in our Lego room for all students to enjoy. The students will be able to freely create their own structures or challenge their friends to a structure competition. The more Legos they have in the Lego room the bigger and better the students are able to be creative!
