We welcomed many new students from a school that closed and they are now settled in and truly Wasatch STARS. With this new change came an increased need for books written in Spanish. You helped me make that a reality!\r\nOur students were overjoyed at seeing their favorite books and characters in the library in multiple languages. Your donation put the humor, history, and wonder of children's literature accessible to ALL of our students! I've even had students who are working to learn new languages on their own time get excited to practice their skills with library books!\r\nBeing a school librarian means that I get to watch children grow as readers, as students, and as humans from the time they are very small until they are ready for middle school. This donation helped me show my students that there are many people in our community who care about them and want to see them succeed.
