We are a very small group and our kids are not used to feeling that they are seen by people outside of our small world. Participating in FIRST last year for the first time was a great experience for them. People were so helpful and they were just blown away by that. They would ask me why anyone would just help them like they did and I was happy to be able to share with them that there are good people that just like to help and really care about people.\r\n\r\nThis year, with your gift, they really felt another level of caring and support.
