This story, written in poetry form, really allowed my students to dive deeply into the world figurative language while telling a story. Students were so excited to begin the school year off with a project they designed and were able to print. Now that we have a faster and more efficient printer, more students have been able to get their projects printed.\r\n\r\nAll 90 sixth grade students have learned how to design on 3D software. We took this knowledge and applied it to our unit on plant an animal cells. With partners they have been able to show their understanding of cells through 3D design and printing.
