These resources are already making a meaningful impact on our students' learning environment.\r\nThe headphones help our students stay focused during literacy and math activities, allowing them to work independently and build confidence at their own pace. They are especially helpful for supporting different learning styles and needs. The light covers have created a calmer, more welcoming atmosphere in our classroom, helping students feel safe, comfortable, and ready to learn each day. The crayons have helped me supply students who's parents were not able to purchase needed school supplies. Our photo boxes are used for incentives where students collect gems for their efforts. They are able to use the gems to purchase things from my class store.\r\nYour kindness not only supports academic growth but also nurtures a positive classroom environment where children can thrive. We are so grateful for your thoughtfulness and for investing in the success of our youngest learners.","fullyFundedDate":1746699656715,"projectUrl":"project/supplying-a-title-i-classroom/9264811/","projectTitle":"Supplying a Title I Classroom","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Roberts","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7076732_orig.jpg?crop=720,720,x0,y79&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1745331180502","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7076732"},{"teacherId":2874082,"projectId":9488475,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous gift to our kindergarten classroom. My students were so happy when we received all of the supplies! Adding magna-tiles, Magnetic Tegu blocks, and magnetic gears to my block center and light tables have unlocked a new way to unlock my students creativity through meaningful play. During our unit on \"Giants Made by People, \" students went in to the block center to create a giant in nature that they have seen or wanted to see. One of my students used magna-tiles to build a replica of Bok Tower and another student used every magnetic block to create rocket ships, shapes, and NASA buildings. These supplies enhance cognitive development by allowing kids to explore geometric concepts, spatial relationships, shape recognition , and critical thinking. At Christmas time, students used magna-tiles on our light tables to create a 3D Christmas tree. We have used Tegu wooden blocks to explore height , length, and non-standard measurement. My students use these supplies every time they go to block center-they really love it all!
