We were able to provide all of these materials to 11 classrooms in our building. By using these tools our students are able to practice regulating their emotions and support the skills are working with them on here at school. \r\nMyself and our other counselor go into classroms twice a week to teach mindfulness skills. The first thing we use is the breathing ball. Many of our students have asked for one at home as well. So not only has this helped at school it has translated to home. \r\nThanks again!
