As a first-year teacher, creating a classroom where my students feel safe, welcomed, and excited to learn has been incredibly important to me.\r\nBecause of your generosity, my students now have pillows to sit on, a wobble chair, and a bench with storage. These may seem like simple classroom items, but they have made a meaningful difference in our everyday learning. My students love having different choices for where and how they sit, and I have already noticed how excited they are to use these new spaces during independent work, reading, and other classroom activities.\r\nOne of my favorite parts has been watching my students learn how to make choices about what helps them learn best. Some students enjoy sitting on a pillow while they work, while others benefit from being able to move and wiggle in the wobble chair. The bench has also given us an additional space for students to work together while keeping our classroom materials organized. Seeing my students find a space where they can feel comfortable and focused reminds me that small changes can have a big impact.\r\nYour donation has helped me create a classroom that feels more like a community—a place where my students can learn, move, collaborate, and be themselves.
