In the meantime, many students have been asking me how to knit/crochet during art club, and it's been a very nice experience for me to be able to share some of the yarn we've received. \r\n\r\nStudents will be creating their weaving project in the coming weeks, and they will be basing it on an aspect of their cultures. Throughout this school year, students have asked time and time again for clay supplies, whether it was for a class project, or a personal project, and it has been so relieving to be able to say \"I have plenty!\" \r\nThey were shocked to see just how much clay we received, and have created beautiful narrative plates using these supplies. These pieces are personal to them, and felt very therapeutic to make for many of my students.
