We are in the middle of a wellness movement with the vision to create a wellness room where students and staff alike can come take a breather, a time out, a moment to connect and get grounded and reframe their day so they can head back to their classrooms and feel like they've got what they needed to move on with their day in a more positive way. \r\n\r\nOriginally we found a tiny room on campus that we could convert into a wellness room - it was big enough for two lounge chairs and end tables. But we came to a standstill when we started scraping the sound proofing off the walls. Turns out the glue is toxic!
