When they found out that donors funded our project, they truly had no words. We quickly got to work planning, preparing, and stocking our cart. The students worked hard and created coffee cart name ideas, job lists/descriptions, and menus. \r\n\r\nStudents learned about social skills in the work setting as well as planning and organizing utilizing checklists, order forms, and inventory lists.
