Your donations provides students we serve with hands-on tools to use while navigating life's challenges including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. A particular point of interest for students using these tools was the singing bowls and how, through practice and being mindful, all students learned to make the bowls sing. We also used the bowls to open and close our groups and while practicing mindful breathing. Many students reminds us if we forget this mindful moment practice. This is one example of many that could illustrate the impact of your generosity! We are so grateful for Donor's like you that help make learning more meaningful and engaging for our youth.
