They enjoy wearing the hats and costumes as we portray the folks from history in our live-action stories. One boy was so excited about the green tailcoat that he wore it the entire class period. He didn't want to leave! \r\n\r\nThe buzzer-game \"Jeopardy\" style is a huge hit. Students have fun reviewing in a competitive way, and they performed extremely well on their exam after using this. There are some photos of the Promethean board with the game categories and the buzzers on the desks which I have shared. Eight students at a time can compete to answer the question first and earn the points for their team, so everyone stays engaged.\r\n\r\nThese materials will benefit my students next year also. I have already obtained space to hang the costumes and I am working on more \"Jeopardy\" boards for the units we study.
