These office supplies help create a welcoming office environment for my students! These supplies are used on a daily basis with students, especially snacks. Your contribution has made a significant difference in our classroom.\r\n\r\nWe started using the snacks right away, providing them during morning breaks and afternoon snack breaks. This has helped ensure that all students have the energy they need to focus and participate fully in class. One specific moment that stands out was when a student put effort into the academic testing they needed to complete with me for their IEP re-evaluation and the student was rewarded with a preferred snack. My students are more engaged and excited, likely because they are well-fed and ready to learn.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the snacks, their faces lit up with joy and gratitude. It was clear that they appreciated having a nutritious option available to them. Many of them shared stories about how the snacks helped them feel better and more ready to learn.\r\n\r\n\r\nYour support has truly enhanced our classroom experience, and we are so grateful for your continued partnership.","fullyFundedDate":1735500148403,"projectUrl":"project/school-psychologist-office-refill/8967023/","projectTitle":"School Psychologist Office Refill","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Hannah","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9847771_orig.jpg?crop=2400,2400,x0,y176&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1764885611705","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9847771"},{"teacherId":2238293,"projectId":8753321,"letterContent":"The bike repair cart has been a success. We now have the tools and a stand that allows us to repair bikes that out students bring into our makerspace. Being winter, we are a little limited in demand right now, but we have been having a lot of fun dissecting and re-assembling a bike we got from goodwill. We got a lot of attention doing test rides of it through the school. We are looking forward to using the cart more as the weather warms up to help with student and community bike repairs. \r\n\r\nThe folding stand makes it easy for us to safely move and work on bikes and the air compressor is in high demand for tires, balls and even a few staff cars here at the school. \r\n\r\nThe socket set has been very helpful as well, since we were operating before using a mismatched collection of donated sockets- having a complete set has been so helpful for bikes and other projects. \r\n\r\nThanks again donors for making this happen.","fullyFundedDate":1731507234234,"projectUrl":"project/get-our-bikes-rolling/8753321/","projectTitle":"Get Our Bikes Rolling","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Briggs","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp2238293_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1512521886005","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/tokitech"},{"teacherId":9120775,"projectId":8637464,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for helping to fund my project!\r\n\r\nThe biggest change in the classroom was the addition of a large dehumidifier: we're in an only building, and when it rains outdoors, it does inside too. The dehumidifier is able to take care of all of the water that comes in and makes the environment so much more inviting for students.\r\n\r\nThere are welcoming posters throughout the classroom. The diffuser helps keep the room smelling fresh, and not like a middle school locker room. Students were given Calm Strips for their binders and ChromeBooks to help regulate feelings when stressed during assignments and/or tests. Students have writing utensils with good reminders, and the treasure chest items also display positive messages.\r\n\r\nStudies have shown that students learn more when they feel comfortable and safe.
