My students and I feel very lucky and grateful to have received these materials from you. Thanks to you, my students have been able to dive in to tangible maps and stories about various places in the world. Rather than just \"looking it up\", students have been able to rely on atlases to give them the information that they need. Students now more than ever need to know how to use both digital and physical materials, and by gifting these atlases to us, they have been able to sharpen their skills. \r\n\r\nIn addition, my students have been able to use the art materials for many assignments and have enjoyed having these materials available to them. Not only are students academically expressing themselves, but they are also showing their creative sides in a way that would not be possible without these materials. We are all incredibly thankful for these materials and appreciate your generosity.","fullyFundedDate":1695600275580,"projectUrl":"project/exploring-our-world-in-multiple-modaliti/7880638/","projectTitle":"Exploring Our World in Multiple Modalities","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Whittemore","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-4_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9233927"},{"teacherId":9233927,"projectId":9110856,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous donation to my classroom. My students and I have found the materials to be helpful and meaningful for the work we do in my classroom. We were able to use the headphones for many things throughout second semester, and my students loved them. Because of your generous donation, my students used the headphones to find video evidence for their end of the year research projects. For this project, we partnered with ELA to research a country experiencing a humanitarian crisis and then write a narrative from the perspective of a fictional character experiencing the crisis. Students had the ability to watch and listen to first hand accounts coming from people who actually live in these areas, making the research come to life and aiding in the creation of their characters. \r\n\r\nIn addition, the extra chromebook chargers came in handy. If an older one broke, we were able to continue with supplies without issue.
