The moment my students first saw the chairs, they were excited to try them out, and now they enjoy using them regularly throughout the day. Whether it's during reading, writing, or independent work time, the wobble chairs give students the choice to move and stay engaged while learning. One memorable moment was during a collaborative writing project: students rotated through different seating options, and those on the wobble chairs were fully focused and buzzing with ideas as they shared with their partners.\r\n\r\nYour contribution has given our students more ways to learn comfortably and actively. Next, we'll be incorporating the wobble chairs into a research and presentation project on local ecosystems, where students will move between reading, note-taking, and discussion stations. Having these seating options allows them to stay focused and engaged throughout each activity. Your support has truly enhanced our classroom environment, and we can't wait to share more updates as our students continue exploring and learning in new ways.","fullyFundedDate":1764742008011,"projectUrl":"project/balanced-bodies-focused-minds/9861896/","projectTitle":"Balanced Bodies, Focused Minds","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Carabes","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp46225_orig.jpg?crop=1421,1421,x937,y1310&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1696367434566","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/mrscarabes"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_4534","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":293,"numTeachers":16,"percentFrplEligible":41,"percentAsian":65,"percentBlack":2,"percentWhite":3,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":19,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"18.3:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":false,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"SUBURBAN","ncesMetroType":"SUBURB_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":93.4,"schoolId":4534,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Thomas Edison Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Thomas Edison Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/california/jefferson-elementary-school-district/thomas-edison-elementary-school/4534"}
