We are actively using our materials in the classroom. \r\nThe rosin with rosin guard works great, and the kids think it is so neat! I like the rosin guard on the outside, as it acts like a bumper, in case my students drop it, preventing it from breaking. This is the rosin I typically keep on my conductor's stand in case a student raises their hand and says they need rosin, then we pass it around. Fun fact: I discovered it is magnetic! So I keep it on the white board, which is a great place to keep it where students know where it is.\r\nMy bass students in particular appreciate the new bass rosin. We were in dire need of some new rosin for this spring. The kind we ordered was a new kind we tried, and they really like it. It works very well, so we appreciate it!\r\nThe magic rosin was something fun to have in the classroom. Alongside the rosin with rosin guard, this was a fun idea I had to keep as an \"extra\" rosin. Rather than passing it around the classroom, I use it when a student says their bow isn't working - when they need more rosin - and I essentially add the \"magic touch\" to get it to work. The main thing is, some students don't apply enough pressure to get the rosin into the bow hairs.
