When they seen materials such as like magnets, rhythm sticks, and flashlights, their faces lit up and they could not wait to participate in the experiments that included them!! The goggles and beakers that they used made them feel like real scientists and even encouraged some of them to have a career in science one day!! My favorite moment was using our scales to measure mass and students were so curious how to use them and measure the mass of each object.\r\nWe will be using our stopwatches and meter sticks to measure motion and time soon. I can't wait to use them!! These materials made me excited for the next school year because I get to share this amazing experience with my new students as well.
